WILD SILENCE RETREAT a.k.a vipassana light

June 25-28 and December 10-13, 2020

Experience the power of silence and introspection with Victoria Larsson, Eva Tuerbl and Män-tse.

At the Breitenteicher Mühle, Brandenburg.

Join us for a taste of Wild Silence, or, as we jokingly call it 'Vipassana Light' at the tranquil Mühle, tucked away in Uckermark, the prettiest part of Brandenburg.

Yes, it's a silent retreat, which means no talking. Unless you have practical questions or requests for the staff, or questions regarding your practice for the teacher.

This weekend will also be a full-on digital detox. At the start of the retreat we’ll gather all phones (and all other screens) and keep them safe for you during the weekend. Your near and dear can naturally get in touch with you via us in case of an emergency). This will be one of many challenges, but it will also help still the mind, so you can begin to practice deeply. Challenges aside, we believe this will also be a beautiful and interesting experience, of going deeper into your meditation practice and beginning to understand how your mind works.

This is not a 10-day vipassana* course, but an extended weekend of yoga, walking and seated, guided and un-guided meditation, tasty plant-based food, sauna, forest walks, reading, journaling and rest.

We hope it will feel like a powerful reset, and that you will continue to reap benefits long after you've returned home. After the silence is broken, there will be plenty of time to share and process your experiences with your fellow retreaters.

Relais Regina Giovanna, Sorrento, Italy

Yoga, meditation & digital detox getaway at

the Amalfi Coast

The first time I visited this part of Italy, I was brought to my knees by its beauty. A dramatic jagged coastline bathed in blue, both from the sea and the sky. With pastel houses perched precariously at its edges.

Relais Regina Giovanna is an organic farm and upscale Bed & Breakfast, sprawled out over fifty acres of stunning land. It's flush with  lemon trees, olive groves, flowers and magnificent cacti. The Relais is also home to cats, dogs, donkeys and chickens. The property is criss-crossed with trails for exploring, plus a mega-sweet private beach, as well as nearby public ones. Nature bonding is included in the price!

For those who wish, the sweet town of Sorrento is easily reached on foot or via the free shuttle service. It's also quite possible to visit Pompei, Vesuvio or Amalfi in the free time.

Breakfast and lunch is buffet-style while dinner is a three-course sit down affair. Watching the sunset here is first class entertainment. On the last night we'll learn to make our own Neapolitan pizzas.

During this week, while at this beautiful slice of land, we'll explore what freedom truly means, and all the ways we limit ourselves. We'll take a crack at breaking the spell of 'Maya' (illusion). Through practicing yoga asana, meditation and journaling. And through connecting with ourselves and others, while disconnecting as much as possible from email, social media and screen time.

Space is very limited.

* Morning and evening yoga and meditation. Vinyasa, yin, yoga nidra and restorative.

* Three healthy and tasty vegetarian/vegan meals a day. Great coffee! Pizza workshop

* Gorgeous private beach

* Free shuttle to and from Sorrento

* The opportunity to practice with a senior teacher.

If train isn't an option, Naples is serves by many airlines, and there's a direct shuttle bus from the airport to Sorrento that runs nearly hourly. Yoga & meditation holiday with

Victoria Larsson and Victorien Colin

in the French countryside

August 23rd ⎯ 30th 2020

Le Moulin d'Orsennes, France

The present is called the present, because it's a gift.

To be present, to fully be here now is to realise perfection. To allow the precious moment to unfold is to show up for life. So fleeting, so precious. All we ever really have is NOW, yet most of us drift away to fantasy lands past and future way too often.

It is our hope, that a week of yoga and meditation, in a gorgeously peaceful setting, with nourishing plant-based food and lovely people, will provide a solid framework for both presence and relaxation. For effortless effort.

Le Moulin d’Orsennes is a former water mill, dating back to the 19th century. The main house with all its nooks and crannies is bohemian French countryside embodied.

The property is surrounded by five acres of land, encompassing orchards, terraces and green meadows. Fruit and vegetable gardens. There’s both a clean lake and a river for dips.

There’s also a sauna. Solar panels provide hot water and electricity. And there are plenty of nature to explore or just relax in.

We believe we have found a perfect place to let go of worries and planning, and settle into the perfect here and now.

We’ll practice physically demanding flow yoga as well as yin and restorative yoga.

There are many types of sleeping arrangements to choose from; dorm rooms, triples, doubles, singles, camping with own tent or with a provided one.
