WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a healing practice with roots in Japan, and it has been practiced for at least 100 years. It promotes healing through relaxation. It works by calming the nervous system, and also through soothing touch and/or energy transfer.

It is gentle, safe and effective.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE TREATMENT?

You will be lying down on a massage table, fully dressed, warm and comfortable. You will close your eyes, take a few breaths and let go.

I will be placing my hands on your body or hovering them above, using certain hand positions that I have been taught by my teachers, and channeling energy to flow to the parts of you that most need healing.

I AM NOW A CERTIFIED REIKI MASTER,

AND I OFFER TWO KIND OF SESSIONS:

45 minutes Reiki + 15 minutes of tea time

75 minutes of private yoga followed by 45 minutes of reiki

€160

The sessions take place at my studio in Llubi, Mallorca.
