I first started working with the body as an acupuncturist. Many of my clients had complaints of physical pain and it soon became clear that most conditions were the result of poor posture and lack of exercise. I then decided to study the methods of Joseph Pilates so that I could incorporate high quality exercise into my professional and personal life. Soon after I discovered ELDOA (for more information on this method, visit my website listed below) and the methods of Dr. Guy VOYER, DO - who I continue to study with to this day.
I am fascinated by the body and enjoy studying how it adapts and responds to life.
