I have been teaching yoga since 2011, my practice has been my closest companion for longer than that, always there for me. I wanted to teachbecause I experienced the positive impact of yoga first hand, on myself. This practice is a tool that helps me renegotiate my relationship with myself and the world around me - on better terms. It gives me energy, strength, suppleness, softness - most importantly, in the head. In a way, my story is not important, because this practice is ultimately and intimately yours. My goal as a teacher is to be able to hold the space and guide you in the process the best I can, guided by my own experience and the knowledge collected from experienced teachers along the way. To sum my approach up, it's very simple: yoga works. I am a longtime fan of swanmountain yoga and am happy to be part of the collective.
